We use New-Zealand Based Epoxy and diamond grind your existing concrete surface down before any application takes place. This ensures an oil and grime-free canvas that is rough enough for the Epoxy to form strong bonds with.
This is why our floors can last 10+ years of daily use.
Pressure cleaning (the cheaper option) DOES NOT achieve the same level of bonding, and that's why those types of epoxy floors peel, flake away and fade within years.

1.Grind & Prepare
We start with a diamond grind your floors to smooth out the surface, remove any oil/grease stains and create a rough texture for the epoxy to bond with.
2.Repair & Fix
We then fill cracks and holes to eliminate imperfections in your floor. This creates a smooth canvas for the Epoxy application.
3.1st Epoxy Base Layer
We add the first layer of Epoxy base coat. This is a colour of your choice. Please refer to the colour chart at the end of this page.
4.2nd Epoxy Base Layer
We add the second layer of Epoxy base coat. This is a colour of your choice. Please refer to the colour chart at the end of this page.
5.Flake Layer
We then add the flake finishing (optional). This layer provides more grip and more visual appeal to your new floor. Please refer to the colour chart at the end of this page.
6.1st Clear Layer
We then add the first clear layer, which seals everything in, protecting the Epoxy and flake finish.
7.2nd Clear Layer
We then add the second clear layer, which strengthens your floor and increases it's resistance to ware and tare.
8.48-72hr Cure Time
Once all the layers have been applied. Your floor will need to cure over 48-72hrs.
9.Completed Floor
Now your new, swanky and durable Epoxy floor is complete! Our detailed process ensures your floors last for over 10+ years.
